Jamshedpur, April 21 In a shocking incident that has triggered widespread outrage, Vinay Singh, the Jharkhand State President and National Vice President of Karni Sena, was found shot dead near NH-33 in Jamshedpur on Sunday. His body was recovered from a field about 500 meters off the Delhi World Public School turn in Baliguma. His death has plunged the city into chaos, leading to road blockades and violent protests.

Chaos Erupts in Jamshedpur: Protesters Block NH-33 for 3 Hours

As news of the murder spread, hundreds of Karni Sena supporters gathered at the scene and clashed with police. Protesters pushed law enforcement officers, refused to let them remove the body, and eventually blocked NH-33 from 10 PM to 1 AM.

It took the intervention of City SP and senior officers from multiple police stations to defuse the situation. After several rounds of dialogue and an assurance of swift action, the crowd allowed the body to be sent to MGM Hospital for postmortem.
