Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra US variant spotted on Geekbench revealing processor, RAM, Android version

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has now surfaced on Geekbench. 91mobiles has identified the test scores of the phone, which holds Single-core and Multi-core performance along with some main features like processor, Android version and RAM size. Let’s check them out below.

The test model is SM-S938U, supposedly the version destined for the US. Here’s how the new Samsung flagship performed on Geekbench:

Single core: 3069
Multi-core: 9080

Specifications of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (rumored)
  • Processor: The Ultra model, from what can be gathered from the listing, will feature an octa-core Qualcomm processor that uses the Arm V8 instruction set. That’s not the architecture available with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 design. Rumored specs for the 8 Gen 4 are said to be built off of an ARMv9.2-A instruction set.
  • The processor from the test model seems to have a base clock speed of 2.90 GHz and a top clock speed of 4.19 GHz. The top frequency is slower compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4’s rumored 4.37 GHz speed.
  • Memory: The tested model has 12GB RAM
  • Software: Available on Android 15. Samsung has not released the One UI built on Android 15 to the masses yet.
