A claim is viral on the social media platform TikTok that Senator JD Vance's wife, Usha Vance, is in the process of filing for a divorce from the GOP VP candidate. Times Now cannot verify the authenticity of the claims.However, Democrat politician Pam Keith, who ran for the 2020 US House of Representative elections from Florida, said that a post on TikTok about Usha Vance filing for divorce is getting a lot of traction. "I’m seeing a lot of traffic on Tik Tok that Usha Vance is in the process of filing for divorce against JD," Keith wrote in a post on X. "No idea of that’s true, but it would be kinda wild as an October surprise."
JD Vance and Usha Chilukuri Vance have been married since 2014. They met while attending Yale Law School, where they were paired together for a writing assignment. Their relationship blossomed from there, and they got married a year after graduating. Usha Vance was spotted at the Republican National Convention as she was cheering on JD Vance. In the comment section of the video, one user pointed out that the news is false because the TikTok user who posted it said at the end of the video that it was done to show how easy it is to spread misinformation about someone. The user said: "It’s fake. The original poster on tik tok finished the video with “see how easy it is to lie”?
