Richard Osman's best-selling murder mystery about a group of OAP amateur sleuths has beenadapted into a Netflix film from producer Steven Spielberg, who was spotted visiting the set.
Directed by Home Alone and Harry Potter's Chris Columbus, the upcoming crime comedy boasts an impressive A-list cast:
Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, Ben Kingsley, Celia Imrie, David Tennant, Jonathan Pryce, Naomi Ace, Daniel Mays, Richard E Grant and more.
Now, Netflix has unveiled the latest trailer of The Thursday Murder Club movie, which you can watch above.
The film's synopsis reads: "Four irrepressible retirees spend their time solving cold case murders for fun, but their casual sleuthing takes a thrilling turn when they find themselves with a real whodunit on their hands. Based on Richard Osman's bestselling novel." Osman himself said: "I can't believe that this wonderful cast and crew are bringing the Thursday Murder Club so vividly to life. I'm so proud of the books, and this trailer has made me even more excited about Chris Columbus' film."
The Thursday Murder Club is streaming on Netflix from August 28, 2025.
