Former glamour model 's luxurious holiday has taken a turn for the worse as she was spotted in a wheelchair with a bandaged foot.

The mother-of-five, aged 46, was seen being wheeled through a hospital car park by her boyfriend JJ Slater, 32, after slipping on a rock while holidaying in Cyprus.

This isn't the first time Katie has endured a painful injury abroad, having previously broken bones in both her feet while in Turkey.

During her 2020 getaway, Katie fell from a 25-foot wall, necessitating multiple surgeries to repair the damage. She was left immobile for six months.

Now, it appears Katie has encountered another mishap while seeking some autumn sun. Married At First Sight star JJ was seen wearing a white vest top, grey shorts and trainers as he pushed the TV personality out of the hospital.

Despite her predicament, Katie maintained her holiday spirit, donning a deep green bikini while seated in the wheelchair. Her dark hair was pulled back into a high ponytail, and a white bandage was visible around her left foot, reports .

At one point, JJ offered his hand to assist Katie out of the chair and into the clinic for treatment.

The celebrity was seen hopping on one leg as she entered the medical facility, according to photos viewed by the Daily Mail. Katie had been enjoying a trip to Cyprus with JJ and her eldest son Harvey.

Over the summer, she has embarked on several overseas trips, including one to Turkey where she underwent a £10,000 facelift.

The former glamour model has certainly been flaunting the results of her latest procedure abroad. JJ, who first captured the nation's attention with his stint on Married At First Sight, snagged Katie's interest during his time on the E4 programme.

In February, the two went public with their romance following a romantic getaway to Bulgaria.

Katie endured a horrific accident four years prior during a vacation in Turkey, which led to her having screws and metal plates inserted as part of the medical treatment for her injuries. At that time, she was reported as having to "learn to walk again".

Last year, reflecting on the incident, Katie confessed: "Silly me, at my age, should calm things down. Basically, silly little accident."

"I was running and jumped over a wall, as it was a little shortcut, and didn't really judge the height. I just sort of fell funny on my ankles and I fractured the hairline on my heels and stuff. The hospital here wanted to operate and wanted to put pins in and stuff. Because I'm away, I'd rather wait until I get home. It's the most painful thing ever. Like when I was trying to put the cast on, I was screaming in pain. They said I won't be able to walk for three to six months."
