Good health doesn't have to be complicated according to top private chef Konstantina Tsoli, and she should know because her job involves working for some of the most demanding and successful clients in the world. They are the clients of the Paracelsus-Recovery clinic, on the shores of Lake Zurich in Switzerland, where individual therapy packages cost £100k a week and last up to six months.

Throughout their intensive stays, it is Konstantina's job to ensure that they eat well, following guidelines from the nutritionists who are employed by the clinic where up to 60 members of staff are engaged to look after just three guests at a time. Client confidentiality ensures that these guests never meet one another during their stay, and so the private chefs who visit three times a day to cook bespoke meals are integral to the process.

I was staying at the clinic on a longevity and wellness package, and my food brief - which was requested before I arrived - was for the healthiest food possible that also tastes rich and luxurious. Konstantina devised four recipes that were each beautifully fragrant and intelligent exercises in aroma, taste and vitality.

"These foods are all extremely good for you and if we all ate more of them we would all be healthier," she explained.

Here are her unique recipes shared exclusively with Express readers.
