Police say the 64-year-old man allegedly assaulted by right wing activist Tommy Robinson at St Pancras station has been discharged from hospital.
Video footage emerged on social media this week showing the 42-year-old walking around the motionless man, who was flat out on the floor. Although the clip does not show what happened before, Robinson - real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon - could be heard saying "he come at me".
The man was rushed to hospital after the incident. British Transport Police said today: “The victim was discharged from hospital yesterday, and he is 64. He is part of the investigation."

Yaxley-Lennon left the UK in the early hours of Tuesday following the incident at St Pancras on Monday. He has reportedly been spotted in Tenerife
Police said on Tuesday: “Following a report of an assault at St Pancras station last night (28 July), officers have confirmed that the suspect, a 42-year-old man from Bedfordshire, boarded a flight out of the country in the early hours of this morning. Detectives are continuing to work closely to progress the investigation and bring him into custody for questioning.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.40pm on Monday July 28 to reports of an assault at St Pancras International Rail Station, NW1. We sent an ambulance crew to the scene and treated a man before taking him to a major trauma centre.”
An eyewitness to the incident said eight police vehicles were lined up outside on both sides of the station. They told radio station LBC: "I saw an unconscious man being worked on by paramedics – they erected curtains around him. They were trying to resuscitate him and there was what looked like a blood transfusion bag. The station was still open as normal while the incident was being dealt with."
A concerned bystander was also heard in the video clip desperately trying to get someone to help the injured man before paramedics arrived. The eyewitness could be heard saying: "Quick, quick, can we get someone here quick."
The video shows Yaxley-Lennon looking at the man on the floor. He throws his arms in the air before turning and walking away towards a flight of stairs. He can be heard saying: "He f***ing came at me, bruv. He come at me bruv, you saw that."
