The ex-wife of Ozzy Osbourne's son Jack has shared some wholesome family photos showing the incredible bond Ozzy had with his grandchildren.
The Black Sabbath legend, known to millions as The Prince of Darkness, had been battling ill-health in recent years, and played his final ever gig just weeks before his death. Ozzy died at age 76 on Tuesday July 22, leaving Sharon utterly devastated over his death and heartbroken over the death of her best friend. While Ozzy's sisters have shared their heartbreak at their brother's death, hailing him as "loving and funny".
In a statement, the Osbourne family, including Ozzy's wife, Sharon, with whom he had Kelly, Aimee and Jack, had said: "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning.
"He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis." Ozzy's former Black Sabbath bandmates have alsoissued moving statements.

Lisa Stelly, the ex-wife of Osbourne's son Jack, has paid tribute to the rock legend and shared a sweet set of photos on Instagram on Thursday showing his adorable bond with his grandchildren.
Jack, who recently revealed what his father said to him following his final concert, shares three children with his ex Lisa: daughters Pearl, 13; Andy, 10; and Minnie, seven.
In an emotional post Lisa looked back on the monumental presence Ozzy had in her family's life with adorable snaps of him beaming with delight as his grandkids. Captioning her post Lisa wote: "The world got Ozzy. We got Papa. One of one. Larger than life. It hurts to say goodbye, but what a gift it was to have him. We will never stop missing you."
One Instagram user commented: "Ozzy loves those kids so much, loved watching them with them on the show," while another wrote: "I’m so sorry for your loss. You can feel the love he had for you and those precious girls."
In one of the photos Ozzy cooed at one of his grandkids while resting on a bed as she looked ready to plant a kiss on his face. And in another he held Pearl, who was seen grinning ear-to-ear and holding a flower in her hand.
In addition to sharing Ozzy's adorable moments with his grandkids, Lisa highlighted his bond with animals as she shared a clip of her cat curled up comfortably on the singer's chest.
Yesterday Ozzy's daughter Kelly, 40, shared a heartbreaking message following the loss of her dad saying: "I feel unhappy I am so sad. I lost the best friend I ever had."
But Ozzy was loved by more than his family and friends he has a whole fan base who have since been leaving tributes outside his Buckinghamshire home, with flowers and loving message laid outside the gates. Half-drunk pints and bottles of beer have also been left alongside candles as mourners toast the rock icon on Birmingham's Black Sabbath bridge.
