1. Keep Them Hydrated—Creatively!

Children often resist drinking plain water, so make hydration fun and tasty. Include:

  • Lemonade
  • Buttermilk
  • Coconut water

These not only hydrate but also help prevent heat stroke and boost energy.

2. Add Curd to Their Daily Diet

Curd is a natural probiotic—great for gut health and digestion. It also cools the body internally. Make it fresh at home instead of using packaged ones. You can mix it with fruits or make raita to make it more appealing for kids.

3. Include Water-Rich Seasonal Fruits

Fruits like:

  • Cucumber

4. Protect Them from Harsh Sunlight
