Dolphin Nose
Dolphin Nose Viewpoint is a tourist spot located 12 km from Coonoor in the Nilgiris district of Tamil Nadu. The name of this place comes from the flat, protruding piece of rock here which is shaped like a dolphin's nose. But it is more famous for its spectacular views than its shape. Dolphin's Nose is more than 1,550 meters above sea level, 10 km from Coonoor and is a great place to visit. It is one of the best Kodaikanal tourist places. Reaching this place requires a moderate level 3 km long trek through the deodar and rocks of the Palani Hill Range. Echo Point is the finishing line of Dolphin's Nose. Another climb on the rocky path will take you to Echo Point, but it is not for the faint hearted.

Coaker's Walk

The best time to visit the valley view is between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm, because as the day progresses, the valley is covered with mist, making it difficult to see a clear view.
