Actress Sakshi Malik, best known for her role in the song, Bom Diggy Diggy in Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, made headlines after a video showing her getting into a brawl with dancer-actor Raghav Juyal went viral. However, she later clarified that they were only practicing a scene during their acting session.
In the video which is now splashed all over the internet, Sakshi and Raghav can be seen involved in an ugly spat, with the former pulling the latter's hair. An angry Raghav can be then seen slapping her, and two others tried to intervene and separate them to calm the fight down.

As the video went viral, netizens were left confused and concerned, and they wondered if it was a publicity gimmick. They bombarded Raghav and Sakshi's social media with comments regarding the video, and it was then that the actress finally broke her silence.

Sakshi took to her Instagram stories late on Tuesday night and wrote, "Guys this was just a scene from a recent acting practice session. There was absolutely no intention to hurt or offend anyone. Just four actors working through a performance. Hope you understand (sic)."
Raghav too shared the video on his Instagram handle and wrote, "Guys this was our scene practice for our play scricpt (acting practice) please don't think it's real. Bus acha actor banne ki practice hai (sic)."

For those unversed, Sakshi is an actress, model and fitness influencer with 7.4 million followers on Instagram. She is best known for her appearance in the song, Bom Diggy Diggy in the 2018 film Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.
She has also featured in several music videos, including Armaan Malik's Veham, and Vishal Mishra and Shreya Ghoshal's Mulaqaat.

In 2023, she played the role of Chunni Bai in the film Dry Day.
As for Raghav, he began as a contestant on the dance reality show Dance India Dance 3, and he earned recognition with his trademark slow-motion dance style. After being the second runner-up on the show, he turned to hosting along with being a choreographer.

Subsequently, he moved to full time acting, and has been a part of several films including ABCD 2, Nawabzaade, Street Dancer 3D and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. He was last seen in the 2024 film, Kill, in which he played an antagonist, and he was lauded for the role.
