Tickets will be booked from IRCTC itself
The Ministry of Railways has already made it clear that tickets can only be booked through IRCTC's websites and mobile app. Tickets will not be booked through railway and IRCTC agents. No provision has been made for Tatkal and Premium Tatkal.
