If you write with large letters, the experts say: "You are outgoing, people-oriented, outspoken and love attention. This can also mean that you put up a front and pretend to have a lot of confidence." Those with 'average-sized letters' are said to be well-adjusted and adaptable, while those with small letters are "shy or withdrawn, studious, concentrated and meticulous".
People who leave wide spaces between their words are said to enjoy their freedom and don't like to be overwhelmed or crowded. However, those with narrow spaces "tend to crowd people and be intrusive" because they can't stand being alone.
For those who keep their letters upright, and do not add a slant to them, the experts suggest: "You don’t let your emotions get the best of you. You tend to be logical and practical." However, if you add a right slant you're said to be open to new experiences and enjoy meeting new people. Those with a left slant, however, tend to keep themselves to themselves.
When it comes to the shape of your letters, those with rounded letters are said to be more "creative and artistic", while those with pointed letters are "more aggressive, intense, very intelligent and curious". If you connect your letters, you're said to be "logical, systematic, and make decisions carefully".
Speaking on this topic in a video, user @butwhylisy went into more detail about what writing with a slant could reveal about your personality. She suggests having a right slant means you are more extroverted and influenced by your father growing up, while a left slant means you're introverted and were influenced by your mother.
Commenting on this, one user said: "I’m introverted but I’m more influenced by my dad." Another user added: "I just write in cursive. It is supposed to be slanted right." A third user said: "I’m a calligrapher so my handwriting looks like a Microsoft font."
